Tiffany Northern is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Texas Health Dallas (THD). Tiffany has responsibility for designing and developing the operational plans to advance the overarching growth strategy for THD into a hospital of choice for all clinical service lines.
Tiffany has a personal passion for reducing health disparities and inequities, especially after seeing the impact of losing her father in 2021 to COVID-19 and her personal experiences with maternal health complications during her pregnancy with her daughter. She remains committed to patient advocacy and building clinical programs with a health equity lens through strategic partnerships with healthcare systems and communities.
Outside of her work in the healthcare space, Tiffany is a wife and mother of two children and a cavapoo dog. Trust, integrity, and confidence are three words that Tiffany lives by daily.
