Tiffany Northern is President of Texas Health Frisco, where she leads with vision, purpose, and a commitment to excellence and to making the hospital a destination of choice across all clinical service lines. Her leadership is rooted in strategy, innovation, and a deep understanding of how healthcare systems must evolve to meet the needs of diverse communities.

Tiffany’s passion for health equity is deeply personal. Following the loss of her father to COVID-19, coupled with her own maternal health challenges, she has become a powerful advocate for transforming care delivery. These experiences have shaped her commitment to addressing disparities and ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, high-quality, and equitable care.

As a member of Abide Women’s Health Services’ Board of Directors, Tiffany brings a bold and mission-aligned perspective—championing the development of community-centered, culturally responsive care models. She is dedicated to strengthening partnerships between healthcare systems and grassroots organizations like Abide to expand access, improve outcomes, and reimagine maternal health through an equity-driven lens. Guided by her core values of trust, integrity, and confidence, Tiffany leads with both heart and accountability.
