Trissi Gray brings both heart and excellence to every space she enters. She serves as Vice President of Compliance Operations for Specialty Alliance, where she leads with integrity, vision, and a steadfast commitment to doing what is right for patients, providers, and communities alike. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare systems, academic medical centers, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and independently owned physician practices, Trissi has helped shape programs that strengthen accountability, build trust, and elevate care quality nationwide.
Trissi also serves as Board Chair of Abide Women’s Health Services, a Black-led nonprofit working to improve birth outcomes through accessible, holistic, and culturally relevant care. In this role, she brings her healthcare leadership experience and deep commitment to equity to Abide’s mission, helping guide the organization as it expands care and support for families.
She holds a doctorate and a master’s degree in business and healthcare administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Her academic foundation reflects both the depth of her knowledge and her dedication to advancing healthcare from every angle.
Beyond her executive and board leadership, Trissi is a passionate community advocate and visionary committed to reducing health disparities within Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color and expanding equitable access to care. She believes healthcare is a fundamental right and works to drive meaningful change through awareness, prevention, and purposeful leadership.
As a respected voice in both industry and community spaces, Trissi speaks on leadership, compliance, and cultivating cultures grounded in transparency and accountability. Guided by the belief that change happens one step at a time, one momma, one client, one provider, and one family at a time, she lives by a simple yet powerful principle: “It’s always the right time to do what is right. Everyone deserves access to quality healthcare.”
